COSTA ESPERANZA is a bold architectural response to a unique site condition—perhaps the steepest lot I’ve ever worked on. Perched high above Nacascolo Bay in the exclusive Pacific Marlin development, this three-level beach house was inspired by the graceful lines of a sailboat, subtly reflected in its curved façade and fluid spatial composition.
Designed with bioclimatic strategies from the start, Costa Esperanza features passive cooling techniques like cross ventilation and the stack effect (chimney ventilation)
