VISTA PACIFICA is a neo-colonial home renovation in Pacific Marlin, SJDS. We repaired structural retaining walls, added a second-floor master suite and a ground-floor Pilates studio, and redesigned key areas—kitchen, living room, billiard room, home theater, pool, and outdoor spaces.

Working within structural limits, we conducted a full survey of the existing infrastructure. Bioclimatic strategies were applied throughout to enhance natural light, ventilation, and energy efficiency.
